1. Sale and Purchase of Goods
   Urmi Weaves ("Seller") agrees to sell, and you ("Buyer") agree to purchase, the goods as described at checkout ("Goods") under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Purchase Price
   The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price listed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, as per the laws of the Government of India and the Government of Telangana.

3. Payment Terms
   The total amount shall be payable in full as per the payment terms at checkout. Urmi Weaves reserves the right to seek legal remedies in the event of non-payment, including reimbursement for legal fees and collection costs.

4. Delivery
   Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries will follow Urmi Weaves’ standard shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates, and while reasonable efforts will be made, the Seller is not liable for delays. Standard packaging will be used unless otherwise specified.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
   For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with destination country laws. All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Urmi Weaves is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability
   Urmi Weaves disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a specific purpose, unless explicitly stated. Urmi Weaves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods.

7. Colour Disclaimer
   Product colors may slightly vary due to screen differences, lighting, and fabric texture. Buyer acknowledges and accepts this variation at the time of purchase.

8. Force Majeure
   Urmi Weaves is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, or disruptions in supply.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Buyer consents to this jurisdiction.
