Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Coverage: We deliver across most locations in India.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your PIN code.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000

    • ₹70 for orders below ₹1000

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Delivery Partners

We work with leading courier services such as Blue Dart, India Post, and FranchExpress to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Packaging and Handling

  • Every saree is carefully and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • All shipments include an official invoice for your reference.

PIN Code Serviceability

We ship to most PIN codes across India. In the rare case that your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you with alternate delivery options.

Delivery Issues

  • If you're unavailable during delivery, our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to us.

  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or public holidays may occur. We’ll notify you if your delivery is impacted.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We offer international shipping to multiple countries.

  • Processing Time: International orders are dispatched within 10–15 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging between 10–20 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the package’s destination and weight.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number and tracking link by email or SMS once your package is shipped internationally.

We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, and India Post for international deliveries.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, as per the laws of the destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.

  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, a refund will be issued minus shipping charges.
