At Urmi Weaves, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, please note that we follow a strict No Exchange, No Return policy. Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below:
Eligibility for Return (India Orders Only)
We accept returns only if the product received has a manufacturing defect, such as a tear or damage to the saree.
To be eligible:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, including images of the saree, tags, and packaging.

If approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality team.
